Cibiyar Gyaran Halittar Halittar Halittu ta Ƙasa (NGETC) An kaddamar da shi ne jiya a National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI) Mohali, Punjab.

Gyaran genome zai iya zama fasaha mai ban sha'awa wanda binciken Indiya zai iya daidaitawa don ba da halayen da ake so da aka yi a cikin amfanin gona. NABI ta nuna ikon yin amfani da kayan aikin gyaran kwayoyin halitta kuma tana iya faɗaɗa kayan aikin gyaran kwayoyin halitta zuwa ɗimbin amfanin gona, gami da ayaba, shinkafa, alkama, tumatir da gero.
